It’s about the lives we change. But don’t take our word for it…

We love to get feedback from our clients. Not only is it an important part of how we improve our service, but it’s nice to hear we’re getting it right. Read what our clients are saying about us and, if you think we can help you, then contact us.

Imogen’s support with our son’s education case has been outstanding. It can feel like a battle and I’ve got through it with Imogen by my side, providing expert legal advice, during some very challenging times. Imogen’s patience, wisdom and clear advice are matched by her warmth, honesty and approachable style. Our son is now thriving. Thank you Imogen – you have not only helped to get him a better education, you have helped to give him a better life.
Mrs B.
My wife and I have instructed Imogen over many years with regard to our ongoing fight to secure the necessary educational resources for our son’s education. Imogen is personable, articulate and professional. She has, without doubt, vast experience in the education sector. I have found Imogen astute with a strong commercial and perceptive mind. Without doubt, she is once instructed, a ferocious fighter for her clients in securing the necessary educational entitlements for their children. She always has a calming presence and is a joy to work with. She is our go-to legal adviser in this area and I would have no hesitation in recommending her very highly.
Imogen is fantastic she is incredibly knowledgeable, assertive and reliable. She really wants to help families and is very kind and supportive too – which is a welcomed change when you’re dealing with such a harsh system.
She has been helping us to secure a specialist placement for our son and I couldn’t do this without her. I can’t recommend her enough.
At 2 years of age, we were told that our son was so far behind developmentally that he would never catch up. Health professionals advised that he would attend a special school education and there was nothing as parent we could do to improve his life outcomes.

His predicted outcomes were bleak. This was devastating for us as parents.

We sought independent multidisciplinary assessments to establish a diagnosis and clear understanding of our son’s needs. The specialist advice from health experts in the field advised what provision he required and we began to learn more about special educational needs services locally and nationally.

After several years of working with our NHS health professionals and local authority SEN personnel, educational settings, our sons needs were not being met.

His development regressed further as the provision he needed was not in place and there appeared to be confusion, unnecessary delays within the LA to set up the support he required.
As parents we were feeling stressed, exasperated, overwhelmed and on reflection desperate to get our child’s needs met to avoid falling further behind developmentally.

We found ourselves spending hours trying to work with LA personnel, navigate our way through the SEN system and found that all our efforts were unsuccessful.

Imogen was recommended to us. Over the past 16 years we have consistently worked with her. Imogen has not only demystified the legal aspects of the complex SEN system and increased our knowledge and awareness of the legal duties of care of local authorities, she has consistently provided expert knowledge and a personalized approach to navigate and advise us at every step of the way.

Her genuine empathy shines through with every engagement and her expertise has empowered us as parents to aim high for our son and to navigate around the complexities of the system and hurdles over the years we have faced.

We have valued our open trusting relationship with Imogen and she has always consistently delivered and supported us with SEN processes.

Her expert knowledge and skills have guided us through four tribunals where she has worked with dedication to achieve the best possible outcomes.

100% reached parent expectations and 100% reached expert provision advised to be implemented.

She is a solution focused professional, who with integrity and charisma uses her expert skills to win positive outcomes for young people with SEN and their families.

We feel blessed to have met Imogen, at a time when our hope was lost as parents, she supported and guided us to achieve the SEN provision our son needed to be the best version of himself.

E. attended a mainstream setting throughout his education since Pre school, supported by teaching support and a team of commissioned health care professionals.

He is a talented young man who is fun loving, a drummer who has friends and who is sociable.

This summer he reaches 18 years old and is on track to achieve a distinction in an advanced diploma in Performing Arts (equivalent to three A levels) and is applying to universities close to home.

We commend Imogen’s knowledge, expertise and skill to achieve the best possible outcomes for families and young people.

Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for her family centered approach to her work will always be appreciated.

This combined with her hard work ethic she really is a true professional and family solicitor.

Anyone who finds themselves stuck in the SEN system as we did would be fortunate to access her services. A outstanding expert and legal professional. Thank you Imogen for all you have done for our family.
